Fighting 20 March 2007

Another installment in a series of fighting games developed by Dimps Corporation specifically for PlayStation Portable. The game was based on the popular manga series by Akira Toriyama. A story mode is the core of the game, focusing on Trunks - the son of Vegeta and Bulma. Shin Budokai - Another World offers six game modes and the player can assume control of one of 18 characters from the animated series, including such fighters as Goku, Piccolo, Broly or Buu.

Ford Off Road is a logged racing game produced by Empire Interactive studio. Players have the opportunity to sit behind the wheel of several Ford off-road cars and take part in the drivers' struggle on 26 tracks covered with sand, mud and snow.

Soulcalibur: Destiny Broken is an arcade fight created for the technical capabilities of the PlayStation Portable handheld console by Namco Bandai developers. The game is based on solutions characteristic for the whole Soulcalibur series. Players then direct the actions of the duelling heroes using a variety of weapons in fantastic arenas. The creators foresaw several variants of fun, including versus, arcade and survival modes.

NBA 2K10 is another part of basketball simulation prepared by Visual Concepts and 2K Sports studio. Players can both play matches by themselves and play in the team manager. In the latter case it is necessary to take care of player training, financial condition of the club, signing contracts and tactical planning. The authors introduced a lot of changes, updated their line-ups, increased realism and improved control.

A hand-held spin-off to the popular series of stealth games developed by Konami. The game was developed for PlayStation Portable and builds upon 2004's Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. The story of the game shows further life of Big Boss. Together with an army of mercenaries under his command, he travels to Puerto Rico to investigate why the US government, together with CIA, is backing up a military group present on the island.

Avatar: The Game is an action game based on the blockbuster movie Avatar and developed by Ubisoft. The game depicts the events that took place before the action of the movie. Players end up on Pandora, right in the middle of the conflict between Na'vi - the locals, and the RDA corporation. Ryder, our protagonist, has to join one of the fighting parties. This decision influences the game's plot, ending, and gameplay mechanics.

A sequel of the PSP spin-off of the Naruto fighting game series, based on the popular manga and anime series by Masashi Kishimoto. The game was developed by Japanese studio Cyberconnect2, and it follows the adventures of the teenage ninja, who has the spirit of the Fox Demon sealed within him. Compared to its predecessor, the gameplay hasn't changed much, and you can fight either alone or in teams of three, the members of which you can choose from twenty available characters.

A console edition of Battlefield 2, the second installment in the multiplayer FPS game series by Swedish studio DICE. As implied by the subtitle of the game, this time you play as a new-generation soldier, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and deadly weaponry. The plot of Battlefield 2: Modern Combat focuses on a fictional conflict between NATO and China, taking place in Kazakhstan.
