The Karters is an arcade racing game developed by the Polish developer Cmoar Studio. The game was inspired by Crash Team Racing from the PS One console. In the game, we control one of the dozen or so cartoonish characters available and take part in crazy races that take place in many various locations, such as jungle, sunny beach, dust-filled canyon, or wacky town. Driving model used in The Karters is far from being realistic. Instead, it focuses on pure fun and arcade controls. The overall design alludes to the classic arcade racers like Crash Team Racing or Mario Kart. Just like in those games, gameplay in The Karters is enriched by many cartoonish weapons and power-ups located all over the racing tracks. Along with single player and multiplayer, the game also offers the Battle Arena mode, where damaging your opponents' cars is number one objective.

KartKraft
Racing
January 26, 2022
A sandbox racing game featuring MMO elements and created by Black Delta - an Australian developer. The game is an extension of a students' project called KartSim, which was initiated by Zach Griffin - both a former racer and the founder of the studio. In contrast to the majority of purely arcade karting games, KartKraft places a special emphasis on realism, and faithful recreation of the experience of real karting, including such things as effects of high speeds and various physical forces affecting karts during races, was very important for the creators. The game is a sandbox, thus the player can race without limits on different, scrupulously recreated karting tracks from all over the world. The game features an advanced system of managing both the karts owned and licensed equipment used during races. The multiplayer mode is what really livens the game up, for it allows us to compete against other players. KartKraft gives the players an opportunity to group themselves into professional racing teams as well.
