Team Fortress 2
Action
October 10, 2007
The continuation of the multiplayer FPS with strategy elements, being a continuation of the legendary Quake’s freeware modification from 1996. After Valve Corporation bought the title, subsequent versions of the game were powered by Half-Life’s engine, while TF 2 utilizes the modern Source engine. To some extent, mechanics resemble those in the original Team Fortress, which means completing subsequent missions, despite the other team's efforts to prevent that. There are 9 well-balanced classes which feature unique abilities. Cooperation – the key to success – consists in the skillful use of character abilities that supplement each other. The most characteristic element of the game are the exaggerated heroes and humorous visuals that go against the hyper-realism trend, employing the style of an animated movie.

Due to his supernatural strength, the main protagonist can demolish the city infrastructure, hover in mid-air, and fly faster than the speed of light. Combat Air Patrol 2: Military Flight Simulator
Simulation
June 6, 2016
A military flight simulator created by Sim155 Limited - a studio founded by one of the main designers who worked on the original game. CAP2 is a spiritual heir to the 1993's Combat Air Patrol - a game released for Amiga computers. The player is given an opportunity to take control of a British-American reconnaissance/attack plane AV-8B Harrier II, which is capable of performing V/STOL maneuvers, an acronym for short, vertical take-offs and landings. The game is set in the regions near the Strait of Hormuz, and the player takes part in a set of fictional missions aimed at coordinating the actions of sea and assault patrols, as well as fighting numerous air, ground and sea targets. While the game is not a hardcore simulator, the level of realism present here should satisfy both veterans of simulation games and beginners. Additionally, simulation-related aspects are complemented by strategy elements, as the player has to plan each mission carefully.
