Players assume the roles of heroes seeking fortune, adventures, and some monsters to hunt for in this legendary realm. Gameplay in MU2 focuses on dynamic combat resembling typical hack-and-slash mechanics.

Inside is the second project of the independent Danish studio PlayDead, which became famous by creating the cult game Limbo. The game's development was partially funded by a grant from the Danish government. The story tells about a young boy who must stop the forces of evil that are trying to take over the world by experimenting on humans. The gameplay mechanics are similar to classic platformer games.

A typical point-and-click adventure game and a continuation to 2012's Yesterday. Yesterday Origins was developed by the creators of the original game - the Spanish Pendulo Studios. Again, the player takes on the role of John Yesterday; as for the plot, it was divided into two timelines. Thus the player, familiar with present-day events, is taken back to the era of the Spanish Inquisition. In terms of game mechanics, the game follows the pattern of its predecessor.

The game takes place eleven years after the events of the first expansion, Apocalypse Weekend. Once again, we end up in Paradise City, ruled by chaos and anarchy after the nuclear attack. Our job is to bring back peace and order. To do so, we have to face the self-proclaimed separatists.

The game takes place in 2025, when Earth is once again attacked by the insectoid alien invaders.
