A simulator that allows players to assemble and paint vehicle models. We have a wide range of tools, paints and models at our disposal. The production was developed by the Polish independent studio Moonlit Games.
Model Builder is a simulator of assembling and painting of model kits of various vehicles - e.g. aircraft, cars or ships. The game enables us to assemble our construction and then decorate it as we see fit. This unusual title was developed and published by Moonlit Games, an independent Polish studio (in cooperation with the author of the idea, Kuba Wojcik), which is also known for Deadliest Catch: The Game.
Mechanics
In Model Builder we observe the action from first- person perspective. The game starts with choosing the model we want to assemble - we do it simply by taking the right box off the shelf (of course, before making a decision we can carefully look at each of the alternatives). In the game we will find a wide range of different types of vehicles - among them are planes, cars, helicopters and ships.
The next stage of the game is assembling the model from pieces. We use different tools to cut, grind and glue the parts together. It is worth noting that as the game progresses, we unlock new, better equipment, which allows for more precise work. Once everything is connected, we begin to paint and decorate our model - and here too we have a wide variety of paints and patterns at our disposal.
At the end, we still have to arrange our creations on the shelf in such a way that they are displayed in the best possible way.
Game modes
Model Buildercan only be played solo.
Technical aspects
Model Builder features nice 3D visuals with high level of realism. The models themselves are very detailed. The lighting system is also very impressive.

CDP Terminates Contract With Model Builder Devs; Demands Game and DLC Pulled From Sale
The developers of Model Builder have received a termination notice from CDP, under which characters from The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 made their way into the game. CDP demands not only the removal of the DLC, but also the entire game from sale.
