Nevertheless, playing the game does not come down only to installing the parts in the case ourselves. In order to make our creation function as it should, we can overclock processors and graphics cards ourselves and adjust the timing of RAM. Once the machine in question is ready, there's nothing left for us to do but put it to the test, examining its performance in 3DMark and Cinebench benchmarks. If necessary, we can also take care of its "tuning"; the Fan Control program and thermal imaging camera allow us to optimize cooling, while the Power Monitor application allows us to track power consumption.

Since a good computer should not only work properly, but also look great, in the end we can take care of its " visual tuning", adding RGB lighting, as well as spray painting the case and decorating it with various stickers. We can also customize the interior of our workshop to our individual preferences, painting the walls and changing the floors, sticking posters or, finally, putting new furniture in it.

Game modes

PC Building Simulator 2 features a career mode, in which we run our own computer company. Assembling new machines from scratch and repairing damaged equipment, we earn money, which we invest in developing the workshop, buying new tools and expanding the available range. Besides, there is a Free Build module waiting to be checked, where we can freely construct more computers, without having to look at any restrictions imposed from above.
