Football Manager 2023 Console

Football Manager 2023 Console is a game from the sports managers genre. As the title suggests, this is is a stand-alone edition of the brand, developed specifically with consoles in mind. The project was developed by the Sports Interactive team, responsible for all previous installments of the series.

Game mechanics

The game was built on the previous installments. So the player takes charge of a football club and his task is to lead it to success, both sporting and financial. We recruit players and organize their training. Then we select players for matches, set their strategy and, if necessary, the financial side of the club and organize contacts with fans and the press.

The title is based on a rich set of official licenses, so the game offers real clubs, players, stadiums and leagues. The strong point of the game is a very rich database of athletes, including promising but little-known talents.

Football Manager 2023 Console is built on the desktop FM 2023, but the entire interface and many gameplay elements have been heavily redesigned so that the game works well on pads.

Game modes

The game allows you to play solo or with other players in multiplayer. At the heart of the gameplay is a very extensive career mode, but for players who prefer shorter games there is also a draft variant, taking the form of a mini-tournament, in which we choose players within a limited budget.

Technical aspects

Football Manager 2023 Console features simple 2D graphics consisting mainly of various types of windows. Only matches are shown in 3D.
