The game attracts attention at first, not so much with a car slaughterhouse, but with an unconventional approach to the subject of route design. In Extreme Demolition you can race e.g. on the roof of a skyscraper, or - thanks to artificial gravity - on its walls. Driving downhill at a huge speed and a view of the approaching ground is certainly as exciting as it is original. The program offers a dozen or so vehicles of various ointments to choose from. So there are exotic sports cars, which usually remain in the sphere of dreams of an ordinary mortal, Formula 1 cars and military equipment (e.g. famous from the First Iraq War, SCUD missile launchers).
Extreme Demolition offers several gameplay modes for both lonely and networked players. The former can chase in the Quest Mode, which will guide us through all the boards available in the game. The included feature thread will reveal to us, by the way, what is really behind this murderous tournament. If this is not enough for someone, they can use the traditional Time Attack, i.e. time trial. It is worth noting that the achieved results appear not only in the game, but also on the Internet. Multiplayer is of course deathmatch, in the most full sense of the word. In addition, there is also a variant of Capture the Flag and an unusual thing: American car football, which, more interestingly, contains all the rules known from the original game. It is worth mentioning that Extreme Demolition uses the engine used in Tribes and Tribes 2, which provides a stable and fast connection between players.
