Another installment in the popular Nintendo series about Pokémon, released as a pair of games: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. The action takes place in French-like region Kalos. You assume the role of a young Pokémon trainer traveling through the world in search of new creatures you catch and train for Pokémon League battles. To be successful you need to earn eight Gym Badges by defeating the Battle Arenas’ leaders specialized in different elements. Then, you will have to prove your strength to the so-called Elite Four – the best trainers in Kalos. Game mechanics do not differ significantly from the previous installments. The core aspects of Pokemon X are still world exploration, chatting, and battling others with Pokémon of different abilities and techniques. Pokémon X and Y are the first in the series to utilize fully 3D graphics.

You can create the protagonists, story, and world map, and even set down the rules for fighting enemies. Moreover, it is also possible to share your creation with the gaming community. The visuals of RPG Maker FES are inspired by classic 16-bit productions, which makes it not too demanding hardware-wise.

Another installment in the popular third person perspective action series with RPG elements. Since the third game of the series, the franchise is being developed mostly on Nintendo handhelds. Similarly to its predecessors, Monster Hunter X was published by the Capcom company and developed under the supervision of Yasunori Ichinose – the director of the previous portable installments of the series. The game mechanics haven’t changed much, allowing the player to travel through a fantasy world and complete various missions that focus mostly on fighting monsters. A mountain village called Beruna is the player’s base of operations, but during the journey, the player will also find locations known from other Monster Hunter games. Worth mentioning, among the novelties added in the game, are four unique movement sets that are the equivalent of Skill Ranks from Monster Hunter Frontier G8. This system is supplemented by Hunting Techniques based on finishers from Monster Hunter Online.

A battle game set in Akira Toriyama’s universe of Dragon Ball, developed by Arc System Works team. Players can choose from many varied game modes, starting from story campaign, through special challenges, and ending on skirmishes, 1 on 1 or in teams. There's more than a hundred warriors from anime series and movies, including the most iconic ones like Goku, Vegeta or Cell and minor characters like Guldo, Videl or Nappa. Most of them have unique, alternate forms – such as Super Saiyan, which let them execute stronger attacks, performing more effective combos and finishers. A distinct feature of Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden is the tactical advantage that players can get by using the shape and structure of the arenas. All of this is presented in high-quality visuals, which take a lot after the legendary anime series.

A sandbox simulator in which the player creates and expands a transportation network. The game was developed by Big John Games studio known for creating a Minecraft clone called Cube Creator 3D. Lionel City Builder 3D: Rise of the Rails takes place in the not so distant future, after the current transport model had crashed. In order to give some life to the cities, a metallurgist named Vin decides to create a new railroad network from scratch. The player helps him with that task. Lionel City Builder 3D: Rise of the Rails focuses mostly on the sandbox part of the game, allowing the player to construct various trains and place them in the areas he created on his own. The effects can be traded with other users by using QR codes. Despite its sandbox nature, Lionel City Builder 3D: Rise of the Rails has a plot which guides the player through various missions that are connected one to another.

Metroid: Samus Returns is a remastered and thoroughly remodeled version of Metroid II: Samus Returns, which was originally released on Game Boy in 1991. The modern version was developed by MercuryStream Entertainment, creators of games like the well-received Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. As the title may suggest, Samus Aran, an intergalactic bounty hunter who fights with space pirates, is the protagonist here, just like in many other Metroid games. Action in the game is presented from a side-scrolling perspective. Gameplay focuses on exploration of various vast and nonlinear levels and elimination of the titular metroid creatures. As we progress, we gain access to new areas. Samus uses a wide range of Beams, futuristic cannons that fire energy bullets and beams. She also uses the unique abilities that her Space Jump suit grants her (she can jump higher when using it). Additionally, Samus can take alternative forms that will help her get to some normally inaccessible areas.

This tactical RPG is the eleventh entry in the acclaimed Fire Emblem series, and the first to be developed for Nintendo 3DS. In contrast to the previous installments in the series, the game is not a remake but an entirely new chapter in the history of the franchise. The story takes place 2000 years after the events of the original Fire Emblem and Fire Emblem Gaiden, focusing on a group of soldiers from the kingdom of Ylisse. The player controls a customized character suffering from amnesia, taken in by the king of the realm and serving him by defending the kingdom from monsters and forces of the hostile nation of Plegia. The gameplay, like in the previous titles in the series, focuses on tactical movement of characters across battlefield and fighting enemy units. Other features include the ability to build relationships between the characters to improve their abilities, adjustable difficulty levels, a mode that disables permanent death of characters, and multiple camera perspectives in battle.

The events shown in the game allow you to play as both him and the titular Naruto.

A remake of the 2003 Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga developed by AlphaDream on Game Boy Advance. It is an unusual arcade RPG with turn-based combat. During the game, the titular Mario brothers have to join forces with their arch-enemy – Bowser, and together they set out to the Beanbean Kingdom to retrieve Princess Peach’s stolen voice. The 3DS release of the game’s remake features improved visuals with more polished character models and lighting effects that are much more pleasing to the eye. Additionally, the developers decided to introduce two more attractions – a new game mode called Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser, showing the events from the main campaign as they are seen by Captain Goomba, ShyGuy, Boo, and others, as well as the support of amiibo™ figures. Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser’s Minions is compatible with Super Mario toys, and along with the game’s release, the developers introduced two new figures - Goomba and Koopa Troopa.
