RPG Maker Fes is a mobile incarnation of RPG Maker - a series of programs enabling us to create our own RPG titles, originating in 1988. The game was developed by Kadokawa Games and found its way to the 3DS platform.
Mechanics
Tools made available in RPG Maker Fes are simple and intuitive to use, allowing home developers to bring to life simple games without the need to laboriously learn programming. Players create from scratch the main characters, the storyline, a world map, and even develop the rules that govern combat. It is worth mentioning separately that we can present our works to the whole community focused around the programme.
Technical aspects
The visuals of RPG Maker Fes draws on the output of sixteen-bit productions, so in visual terms the game does not really push the capabilities of Nintendo's console.
Other
As a curiosity, it should be added that it is thanks to the PC-based RPG Maker that many titles were born, which with time gained a wider audience. This is particularly true of the positions released on Steam, where many of them were unexpectedly successful.
