Reach the designated location
Head towards the mission objective marked on the map. After a while you'll get to the shore outpost guarded by several soldiers.
Eliminate all Omega Force guarding the scientist
Since the outpost is located near the water, you have a perfect opportunity to get rid of enemies by attacking them from below. After killing all opponents talk to the scientist.
