Reach designated location and gear up

Head towards the mission objective marked on the map. Pick up shotgun (if you got none) and replenish ammo.

Find and kill the elite heavy with the Galleria 1991

Head towards the mission objective. After a while you'll get to a heavily guarded outpost. You should have no problems with executing nearby soldiers (use the dice to distract them). Your objective, the elite heavy soldier, is inside the building (watch out for sniper) - use the shotgun to kill him.
