There are four achievements in Point Lookout and they're all worth 100 points. The only achievement you may have problems finishing is the one that requires you to visit all locations, because the rest is tied to main quests of the game.

A Meeting of the Minds | 20 | Complete A Meeting of the Minds quest (fifth main). |
Bog Walker | 40 | Discover AND visit all locations in Point Lookout. Go to the section of the guide titled Point Lookout maps to find out about these places. Notice that you only have to visit "official" locations that appear on your main map. |
The Local Flavor | 20 | Complete The Local Flavor quest (first main). |
Walking With Spirits | 20 | Complete Walking with Spirits quest (second main). |
