Endzone: a World Apart is a typical economic strategy in which we build and manage our city, but as you might guess – the game world is not necessarily vibrant. The action of the game takes place 150 years after a nuclear disaster, so building even the simplest settlement is quite a challenge. Not only that raw materials and resources are hard to come by, while we have to deal with climate fluctuations – from droughts to poisonous rains. You also have to be careful about the high levels of contamination in certain locations.
A MESSAGE FROM DEVELOPER
Brace yourself for Endzone - a World Apart, as it is literally getting hot during those long, challenging droughts and agonising sandstorms. Endzone - A World Apart combines city-builder, survival mechanics and a post apocalyptic setting into a challenging survival strategy sim. Prepare yourself for a harsh and unforgiving environment, stock up on food, water and withstood long lasting droughts or even sandstorms. The game world is procedurally generated and dynamically simulated, up to the single ground cell. Humidity or radiation values change over time, ground can become arid or even highly radioactive. Sandstorms and long lasting droughts haunt your settlement irregular intervals. Once you have established the basics and led your people to safety, you can send out expeditions to scavenge for resources and supplies or start researching technologies. On top, you can put your skills to the test in one of the many challenging scenarios. The game is currently in Early Access and we are very eager to listen to community ideas and feedback.

And as the local community begins to function, it's worth sending its bravest members on an expedition into the unknown to explore the area and find valuable artifacts. Many times we will have to make difficult decisions, which is probably a standard in the post-apocalyptic world. For a strategy viewed from above, Endzone: A World Apart boasts very nice and detailed graphics, and looking at the life of the settlement is made easier thanks to the ability to close-up. The game is currently in Early Access, and a full version is scheduled for release next year.
