Destiny 2. Which games have the friendliest communities?

Table of Contents

  1. In a nutshell: the new brand of creators of Halo
  2. Genre: network shooter with RPG elements
  3. Payment model: Destiny 2 – free-play (core) and buy-play (expansions); the first Destiny is buy-to-play

The original Destiny is only available on consoles – perhaps this is the secret of a friendly community? The game enjoys a good reputation when it comes to civility of players. And it doesn't end on cooperation or forgiving mistakes. It's amazing how many amateur guides have been created and how many people are willing to help others.

Players organize training raids for beginners to explain the rules of Destiny. You will also find many volunteers willing to help you deal with more difficult problems. A certain test for all this was the emergence of a new type of player, that is, the PC player. However, the sequel came out on top in this respect and followed in the footsteps of the original.

There's a lot to complain about in Destiny 2, and the game definitely needed time (and DLCs) to generate interest. However, opening to a new market has not changed anything in terms of the players' approach to cooperation. This looks a bit worse in PvP modes, but is still not bad. You can even get the impression that Destiny's community vents all the frustration by complaining about the direction of the game itself, rather than about others. Interestingly, even the influx of new people after the game went free-play, changed very little in this matter!
