We shall conclude this list with three mods introducing new buildings. It may seem a trifle, because filling up the parcels in The Sims 4 is already easy enough, but believe me – the authors have invested a lot of work into their projects, and furnished entirely new textures and models.
The modification introduces to the game world an area with buildings housing six apartments of various sizes - from a studio to large spaces with two bedrooms. In addition to the attractive living conditions, the mod adds a bar, cafe, cinema, and even a cultural center with a banquet hall to the atmospheric, albeit small area. This is enough for the area to come alive and give a glimpse of an open world.
Soho Lake Cabins - we're going to the lake
A relaxed Sim is a happy Sim, and nothing will ensure peace like resting in a cottage by the Soho lake. On the provided plot, there are four buildings available for rent for short vacations or permanently. The author ensured diversity. Every house has a different layout of rooms and dimensions. What connects them, however, is that they are located around a picturesque body of water. You can swim in the lake, and then lounge and sunbathe on the beach. Discover the rest of the attractions - and there are many - by yourselves.
Urbane Vista
Each of us would like to live in a fancy hut. Unfortunately, probably few people will be given this opportunity. What are "Sims" for, though? Urbane Vista adds a home to the game that is both luxurious and compact. Inside you can find 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen connected to the dining room, a gym, an attic, and a living room. The interiors are designed in an elegant style, with the addition of contemporary elements. Furthermore, the creator of the new building anticipated the possibility of easily converting the house into five bedrooms.
