Genshin Impact

IN A NUTSHELL

  1. Genre: Action RPG with an open world
  2. Can you have fun for free: yes, but acquiring more rare items requires payment.
  3. Does the game have improvements on PS5: yes

What is Genshin Impact?

A beautifully looking (especially after the PS5 patch) open-world action game, which in terms of graphic style evokes the latest installment of the series The Legend of Zelda. The title features an intriguing plot and a complex world that hides secrets. An important part of the experience involves fighting various opponents. Throughout them, it is crucial to skillfully use combos and the weapons you have. The hardest battles can become much simpler when we invite other players to cooperate - then the tactical element also starts to matter.

What we get for real money?

It's complicated because Genshin Impact has many types of internal currency and a whole lot of items to buy. You can buy almost anything here - from simple items to powerful, rare weapons and characters (0.6% chance). Despite everything, the microtransaction system seems to be quite well balanced and most importantly - it does not attack us from all sides with offers to buy premium currency.
