There are never too many good jRPGs to play. One Piece Odyssey is not a master of the genre, but it also has its advantages. Just like the fact that the story here isn't based on any of the manga released so far, nor a TV show or movie. So, the game should be more accessible to people, who didn't get to know the series yet. This also applies to the genre. Perhaps this will be the beginning of a new fascination!

Therefore, One Piece Odyssey offers brand new adventures for Luffy and his friends. While searching for their next adventure, a storm surprises them and they end up stranded on an island, tossed around by endless storms. Their goal is to escape, but it won't be an easy task. As for the gameplay, we're dealing with a classic jRPG. There's a lot of exploration here, often interrupted by turn-based skirmishes. We control not only the main character, but also others, each of whom has unique attacks, and these, in turn, can be combined with the offensive abilities of the companions.
