DBZ Kakarot - The Dreaded Cell Games

Go to the spot where the Cell Tournament takes place. Watch the cut-scene - you play as Goku who must fight Cell (level 49). The enemy has similar attacks as before - he uses best techniques of Piccolo, Goku, or Frieza. He uses them very often, so after successfully dodging, you have time to use your strong attacks and reduce Cell's health. This is a very challenging fight - Cell has a higher level than Goku, and is very powerful.

DBZ Kakarot - Gohan Unleashed

You play as Gohan and continue to fight Cell (level 50). Cell uses the same attacks as before. Watch out for his powerful barrier which can, e.g. block Ki attacks and push you backward. As always, it is best to focus on dodges/counterattacks, and then use special attacks when the opponent is standing still.

DBZ Kakarot - Little Demons, Big Problems

As Goku, you must face three Cell Juniors (level 48). Vegeta and Trunks will help you in battle. This fight can be a bit problematic, since each of the enemies has the same attacks as Cell. Focus on a single target, use special attacks and the skills of your allies. When one of Junior Cells dies, the fight will become much easier.
