Water is mod for Half-Life 2 created by Half-Life: Short Stories Team. It’s a total conversion that turns the game into a third person puzzle solving action- adventure with an unique look and gameplay. It's a story about a mermaid, and fish men who aren't fish men. A story that brings you into tears and fears. It's about fish people, harp instruments, swimming, and crazy priests. The creators have replaced pretty much every single element from original game, all textures and models are new and gameplay is also completely unlike the FPS that Half-Life 2 was. As a whole Water is a moding triumph, using old engine to create something new and unique.
How to install: The mod has it’s own installer.
If your mod fails to launch you need to:
1. Find the gameinfo.txt file inside mod folder and open it in notepad.
2.Then find the part that starts with “SearchPatchs” and replace everything until the end of the file with this:
