Necromancer - Inarius Build | Example builds Diablo III: RoS Guide
Last update: 17 July 2017
The following build was designed to offer serious damage dealing capabilities with increased survivability based on the Bone Armor skill. The build is characteristic for its flexibility and straightforwardness - getting the basic idea will be enough to fully utilize its potential.
Active Skills
Grim Scythe + Cursed Scythe A basic damage dealing ability that targets the opponents standing in front of the Necromancer. Equipping both Cursed Scythe and Trag'Oul's Corroded Fang will result in 100% chance of applying a random curse to struck opponents which deals additional damage over time.
Corpse Lance + Brittle Touch An active ability that works well against more powerful opponents. The hero utilizes nearby corpses to create bony projectiles that can be thrown at the chosen opponent. Note - Corpse Lance is a corpse-based ability - If there aren't any bodies nearby, consider activating Land of the Dead, as it will allow you to use corpse-based abilities throughout a period of 10 seconds.
Bone Armor + Dislocation The key ability in this build. Bone Armor offers surprising survivability which can be turned into additional damage output by equipping the complete Grace of Inarius set. Dislocation offers an additional 2 second stun - equipping Ancient Parthan Defenders will further increase your effectiveness thanks to its secondary proc which lowers the damage received with each stunned opponent.
Blood Rush + Potency A practical (5 second cooldown period) teleportation ability that enables you to appear up to 50 yards from your initial location by spending 5% of your health points. Equip Potency to receive a temporary bonus to your armor after each casting.
Decreptify + Dizzying Curse An area of effect curse which reduces the movement speed and the damage dealt of the affected targets. Equip Dizzying Curse to have a chance of additional stun. Decreptify works well with Dayntees Binding, as the item offers an additional damage reducing effect that is activated after a successful casting of the curse.
Land of the Dead + Frozen Lands Land of the Dead allows you to use all corpse skills at will (especially useful when attempting to cast Corpse Lance) throughout the period of 10 seconds. Equip Frozen Lands to temporarily freeze all opponents caught in the spell's radius. The spell is very useful during emergencies, but you may just as well use it to quickly dispose of a tough opponent. |
