Last update: 05 June 2022
This page of the guide contains information on how long it takes to complete Crysis. The main campaign, optional activities, playing on high difficulty level and the requirements for platinum are all discussed separately.
- Crysis is not very extensive. It features 11 main missions and completing them all should take you about 10 hours on average. This assumes that you will focus on passing the main missions and play at a normal difficulty level.
- The length of the game time may be affected e.g. by optional activities. These include, first of all, secondary objectives, which become available during the main missions. You also can explore the semi-open maps in the game, although Crysis does not have any hidden treasures, secrets or collectibles.
- Another way to spend more time with the game is setting a higher difficulty level. Enemies can then become more resilient, stronger and more effective in direct combat. However, the differences are not huge, and even on a high difficulty level, you still can get rid of many enemies without any issues if you use camouflage and sneak.
- You should get the platinum trophy within less than 15 hours.. Crysis does not have very demanding "platinum" requirements, and you can unlock all achievements within a single playthrough, but this forces you to play at the Delta difficulty level and watch out with the trophies tied to specific missions, as well as the ones that are easy to miss.
