You will find this document right at the start of the game. It is found next to a box next to posters informing about the missing boy.

Psychiatrist's notes 1

You will find a psychiatrist's note during your first visit to the camp. It is found right from the tent hidden behind one of the rocks.

Psychiatrist's notes 2

This note can be found at the end of Chapter 3. At the moment you reach the fork at which Bullet will go right, turn right. You'll reach an alley containing the notes.

You will find it on your second visit to the camp. You can find it in the burned-out campfire.

This item can be found in camp B. It is lying on a table at the beginning of the camp.

Psychiatrist's notes 4

This item can be found during your third visit to the camp. You can find them inside the tent.

Psychiatrist's notes 5

This item can also be found during your third visit to the camp. The item is lying behind the rocks right from the entrance to the tent.

Psychiatrist's notes 6

This note is found during your last visit to the camp. It lies on the floor in a straight line from where you woke up.

Psychiatrist's notes 7

The last document from this series is found immediately after entering the building. It is found on a chest of drawers in a room which entrance lies next to the stairs.
