First Night | Beyond Walkthrough

This page of our guide to Beyond: Two Souls contains a description of First Night scene. It's one of the scenes showing young Jodie. This chapter follows her arrival at the research center and her farewell to her parents - it may end in various ways. New monsters will appear in this chapter.

First, you need to say goodbye to your parents

This episode starts with Jodie saying goodbye to her parents. You do not need to do anything during that and you will receive the [I Forgive You] trophy. Still, if you choke your father a bit, as Aiden, you will receive the [Not My Father] trophy.

Take out your pajamas and go to bed

Once everybody leaves, collect the pajamas from the armchair and change in the bathroom. After you get in the bed, Jodie will have difficulties falling asleep without her mascot. Go to the suitcase in the next room. Once the lights go off, follow the instructions on the screen, switch to Aiden and make shadows on the ceiling using the flashlight. A bit later, entities from the infraworld will start to appear.

Controlling Aiden, you need to save Jodie from the dark entities

To save the girl, you need to attract the attention of Cole, who is sleeping in the next room, and drive the entities with the spirit's abilities. Once the last one of the entities is defeated, the researchers will dash into the room and this chapter will end.
