Love postcard
The postcard is collected by Emily, who drops into the deeper levels of the mine, after her escape from the stranger. You find the item in the wooden recess on the right. Note - it is only possible to collect the postcard if Emily escaped from the stranger (by hiding in the final phase of the escape) - otherwise she drops down a bit and she will be unable to collect that clue.
Fortune totem #4
You can also find the totem while playing as Emily, when you drop to a lower level in the mine. As you follow the tracks, examine the recess to the right of the cart - the totem is inside.
Journal: Introduction, Cannibalism, History, Combat, Bite
The journal is a compulsory storyline collectible. It will be read by Ashley and the next clue is the turned page. Important - Ash opens the book on page two, turn the page to read the introduction.
