Blueprint #9 (Fight to the service tunnel)
When you get to the location with ledges use grapple on the central one (this with crates). Start moving right and pick up blueprint lying just near the explosives.
Blueprint #10 (Support Cliffjumper)
Just after you help Cliffjumper open steel doors. Pass through the corridor in front of you and you will enter to the location with electric zone. Just near the robot is another blueprint.
Blueprint #11 (Reconnect power to the facility lab)
In the laboratory, just near the operating table.
