Follow your ally until he opens big gate. Pass through it and look at the ground on the left. You will find here blueprint #5 (picture).

Move forward until you will gain information about cloak. Press Q to activate it and wait until enemy's patrol will pass through. After that sneak to the foe (picture) and press E. In this way you will eliminate him in quietly way.

When you eliminate the opponent move down using catwalk on the right side. Move to the devastated robot and pick up audio log #15 (picture).

Return on the main road, move to the blocked passage and place bomb in the marked place - Chapter 4 - Eye of the Storm - p. 1 - Walkthrough - Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Game Guide & Walkthrough

Return on the main road, move to the blocked passage and place bomb in the marked place. In the next location press F to transform into the car. Get to the tunnel and you will see enemies' positions marked with red sight. When you get to the end of the road silently kill foe in front of you (picture).

Move forward until you get to the lever. Pull it and pass through the open doors. Continue until encounter next guardian. Kill him quietly, get on the catwalk and turn to the left. You will find blueprint #6 (picture) near destroyed robot.

Follow the marker. In some moment you will see two enemies. Activate cloak, get inside the room, wait until they separate and when one of them stays alone, kill him silently (picture).

Move to the next location and get down on the staircase. Move to the right, wait on the right moment, activate cloak, transform into the car and drive to the tunnel on the right side (picture).

Move to the end of the tunnel, wait until nobody will see you, get outside, activate cloak and move to the lever (picture). Pull it and quickly move toward compressor. You have to get on the platform before it gets upside. In other way you will have to pull the lever once again.

Audio log #16 (Ride the trash compactor to reach the control room)

When you get on higher floor move to the end of the corridor in front of you and pick up audio log #16 (picture) - Chapter 4 - Eye of the Storm - p. 1 - Walkthrough - Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Game Guide & Walkthrough

When you get on higher floor move to the end of the corridor in front of you and pick up audio log #16 (picture). Return on the corridor, turn left and continue until you enter the area with two robots below you. Jump down and quietly eliminate them.
