Skate ranch is behind a mansion in Beverly Hills. Approach Murphy to begin this task. Grab the dog's tail by pressing W ("up"). Wait until it stops and smash "no skateboarding" sign with your board. Keep on skitchin and do same thing with next banner. When you get wood, you can return to the skate ranch.

Learn the Bert sidle from Iggy

Iggy will teach you how do bert slide. To do this trick hold KP7 ("R1") and turn left and right. To complete task do it along the halfpipe and the Channel gap.
