Find Dave near gates of art Museum. First get to the fountain for a key (for example use the ladder). Take it and go back to the gate. Now, grind around the statue 5 times, to take it to the skate ranch.

Get the metal awning

Talk to Murphy, he is near Xcess Baggage building. Perform grinds to take the small roof to the skate ranch.

Get the green top

Go to Boone. He's next to a skateshop. This task is of a different kind. You must tap rapidly KP5 ("X") until bar goes full. Then you drop the green roof.
