You may finally proceed towards a small door. You'll find yourself standing inside a restricted area of the library. Listen to what your superiors have to say about the current situation. I would recommend that you follow their orders, because that'll make this new assault a lot easier. Open the left door and approach equipment crates (screen). Use them to rearm yourself.

Now you should take a closer look at your tactical map. Send your men to the first door (screen). You won't have to tag any of the terrorists. Obviously you will have to attack the room from a different area. As a result, proceed towards the second door. You'll end up standing near the staircase. Use the stairs to get to the roof of the library. There aren't any terrorists here, so you may proceed towards a new door.

I'm sure that you know by now what the plan is. You will have to approach the first glass section of the roof. You can feel quite comfortable here, because you won't be spotted by any of the terrorists. Kill your first target (screen) and order your men to assault enemy positions at the same time.

Obviously you will have to assist your men in getting rid of nearby soldiers. You should be using a sniper rifle, however you can switch to an assault rifle if you're having some difficulties neutralizing moving targets. Focus mostly on securing the upper balconies for your colleagues and use the tactical map to locate enemy troops.

Try issuing orders from here (screen) and allow your men to keep moving forward. You will also have to make sure they're using various objects for cover. Once you've secured this section of the library, proceed towards the second glass roof. Just as before, find your first target and get ready for an attack.

Kill your target and start shooting at the remaining enemy units. Be careful, though. Enemy soldiers may try fighting back, so you can't stay in the open for too long. Send your team to that location. The largest group of enemy units will appear near the stairs (screen), so focus your efforts on eliminating them before they get too close to your squad members.

Make sure you've been able to kill all hostile units. Thankfully, you won't have to go back to the stairs. Instead, find a spot to use the rope and slide down to the main area of the library (screen). Once this is done, rejoin with the rest of the team.

Proceed towards the stairs. The exit will be located to your right (screen). You shouldn't encounter any hostile units here, so you may proceed to the door. Obviously your colleagues should follow your lead. Once you've entered a new corridor, wait for the game to begin loading a new scene.
