Outlast Trials allows you to go through a series of trials of varying levels of complexity. On this page of the guide you will find a complete list of them.

First, you should learn about how the game is structured. In the game, you will currently find four so-called programs. Each of them consists of the same sequence of tasks.
The whole thing begins with the easiest trial. When you complete it, you will gain access to two challenges. They are relatively shorter and consist of fewer stages. Completing them will unlock a trial with a higher difficulty level and the exam, which is the most challenging.
Program 1: Police Station
- Trial: Kill the Snitch
- MK-Challenge: Cancel the Autopsy
- MK-Challenge: Sabotage the Lockdown
- Trial: Kill the Snitch (increased difficulty)
- Trial: Kill the Snitch (highest difficulty)
Program 2: Fun Park
- Trial: Grind the Bad Apples
- MK-Challenge: Punish the Miscreants
- MK-Challenge: Open the Gates
- Trial: Grind the Bad Apples (increased difficulty)
- Exam: Grind the Bad Apples (highest difficulty)
Program 3: Orphanage
- Trial: Cleanse the Orphans
- MK-Challenge: Feed the Children
- MK-Challenge: Foster the Orphans
- Trial: Cleanse the Orphans (increased difficulty)
- Exam: Cleanse the Orphans (highest difficulty)
