Go to the Ministry of Medicine. Show the card to the guard and get inside. After the conversation with receptionist (during it there will be three options - the last one is giving the rebels password), talk with him again and ask about everything you can.

As he suggested Amy is dressed not like a typical doctor's visitors. You need to find something more appropriate. Click the sea-green screen which is hanging on the wall and request directions. Choose Dr Collins' office and (as receptionist suggested) a staff locker room. Now the screen will be working as map, and by clicking on it you can go either to the office or to the staff locker room.

Choose the staff locker room. From the bag which is on the right side of the door take a pair of shoes. Use the card to open the locker on the right (fourth; the one with the poster). You will find here a fancy outfit. Go to the bathroom (on the left side of the lockers) to let Amy take a shower and dress up.

Finally, take a rag and a bottle of floor cleaner from the cart. Look at the floor cleaner to read that it shouldn't be stored in temperatures above 30 C). Choose Dr Collins' office on the screen.
