After talking with Danton, leave the resistance hideout and go to the Fripp Square (new location; in the middle of the map). Talk with newsman, ask him about Silas Harrison. Notice that the man will speak over the megaphone about every news that you will tell him. Don't forget to tell him the rebels password.

Then go right and talk with old man sitting on the bench (Maximillian Huber). Ask him about Silas Harrison too. Don't forget to tell him the rebels password.

Then try to talk with two whispering ladies - unfortunately with no success. Ask Maximillian Huber about them.

Come back to the market and ask Marichka about some food for raven. She will give you a bag of alfalfa sprouts.

Then go to the Ministry of Medicine (new location on the map; on the right) where talk with the guard sitting in the guardhouse about Silas Harrison. Don't forget to tell him the rebels password. After that, shoot at the statue above the entrance. When the man leaves the guardhouse, get inside the guardhouse, Amy will steal a ledger page.

Return to the Fripp Square and give this page to newsman. Then go to the right and give sprouts to Maximillian. When he starts to feed ravens, tell him that one raven is not eating. Max will throw sprouts further, near whispering ladies. The waste bin will fall over, so go there and pretend you are picking it up, you will overhear ladies conversation about Harrison, and get to know his address.
