The rivalry gang wants to kill the Penisula's owner, so you exterminate this gang. Take M16 and kill everyone, who will get in your way. First kill five guards and go to the stairs, when you notice guys with saws, move back and clip them before they go down. Then go quickly ahead.

Go to the motor boat and sail. Chase him. When you will catch up him, destroy his boat. Mission is successfully complete.
