At first go to the roof, take sniper's rifle and hide behind the wall. Peep out the wall. The sniper will notice you.

The enemies will come (the first group), clip them all, if anyone survives, run quickly inside the building and defend the owner. Come back to the roof, second sniper and second group will be there, so again kill them all.

Now a bazooka and helicopter will appear. After that you will meet a dozen or so gangsters on the street and the fight is over.

Then you may buy Coco Lounge for 11.700.000 $. Probably you need to earn this money first.
