Go and talk to Momma Bosco. See Max's seducing. Go to Oval Office. Take President's DNA sample from envelope (on the desk). Go to Bosco's Momma and use sample on baby maker machine.

Bosco is now "fixed". Talk to him and go to second room (Soul crushing room). Three Mariachi appears. Bosco has heart attack and his soul trapped in soul destroying machine.

Look around hall. See soul crushing control panel, clock, suck and bridge button. Talk to old Mariachi - Pedro. He wants to have answers for few questions. For example:

Go back to room with elevator and take Embarrassing Idol time card from the computer.
