Talk to the Officer and then go to the Great Machine [2]. Go further until you will be near the platform. Use it and then you will find yourself in the heart of The Great Machine. There you will be attacked by the Inquisitor. After the fight talk to Liosilath. He will lead you to Nimonuil. He will ask to give him the key. After the fight talk to him once again.

The Great Machine

Go with Nimonuil and you will come to the ring shaped corridor. To get to the center you must use two terminals. Now you have to defeat four Nameless Guardians. After the fight use the last terminal.
