Platinum and gold trophies are both the most valuable and the hardest to unlock. Below, you can find a detailed list of these kinds of trophies in the game along with information on how to obtain them. Attention! This chapter contains spoilers that can ruin your fun playing the game!

 | Legendary Phantom Thief | Obtain all trophies. | Platinum | This is the most difficult achievement to unlock in the game. To obtain it, you have to acquire all the remaining ones, which is only possible in New Game+. |
| Great Phantom Thieves Convene | Max out all relationships with Confidants. | Gold | Same as above, this achievement is only available in NG+. You have to reach the final 10th relationship level with all Confidants. |
| A New Journey | See all endings. | Gold (hidden) | You have to see all 3 available endings of the game. It's possible to do it in a single playthrough thanks to the save/load trick. |
 | Beyond Rehabilitation | Defeat the twins. | Gold (hidden) | You have to fight and defeat the twins. It's only available in NG+ -- when you visit Mementos in NG+ for the first time, go to any Velvet Door and talk to Caroline. |
