- Not every patient is hostile. However, it is better to keep away from all of them.
- Never run when you are trying to avoid detection. The enemy will definitely hear that and start chasing you.
- Remember not to hide under a bed or in a locker when someone can see you. That will result in certain death.
- Usually you die after several hits from an opponent, no matter if he is using his fists or a chainsaw.
- Opponents tend to search random beds and lockers.
- The camcorder is your best friend, but you should save the battery, lest you run out of power in a critical situation.
- If you are hiding, you should go out as soon as the opponent passes you. Then, for a moment, you can tell where he is.
- While escaping, it is a good idea to close the doors behind you, if the enemy is far behind. That will hinder the chase and give you a chance to hide.
