Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III E3 gameplay video with commentary

In this gameplay video Relic Entertainments presents the Space Marine faction - their elite heroes, units, and abilities. The video, first showed off at E3 2016, has now received a proper commentary.

The full-length Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III E3 gameplay presentation, originally showcased at PC Gaming Show, was posted online with a commentary. In the video, the creators present a Space Marine mission. First, we can take a look at some elite heroes, starting with Gabriel Angelos – despite what he seems, he is not all brutality, but his abilities have more tactical depth. There is also Lady Solaria with her powerful gatling guns-wielding mech. Then we can see base building as well as some actual combat and an all-new cover system.

This is of course an alpha footage featuring a showcase mission with limited strategy gameplay – the final version will most probably look a tad different. Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III is being created by the experienced developer Relic Entertainment. The studio previously gave us other installments of the Dawn of War series as well as Company of Heroes franchise.
