Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville develops Garden Warfare ideas.

Recent reports have been confirmed - Electronic Arts has officially announced Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville, the next installment of the popular franchise. The game is designed for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

The launch of the full version of the game is scheduled for October 18, this year. However, the game can already be purchased as Founder's Edition in early access. This edition can be bought for $29.99 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Founder's Edition will be available only until the end of September. Next month the production will be sold at a higher price.

Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville is part of the franchise's shooter sub-series, developing ideas from Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare and Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2. The fun comes down to online battles against other players and artificial intelligence. You can choose from twenty character classes with different characteristics and skills. Among them there are old friends, including the Chomper, Sunflower, Cactus, and Superbrain, as well as new faces (including Kung Fungus, Snapdragon, Electric Slide and Space Cadet). Each hero can be modified to a large extent.

The game offers six game modes. Including a few standard modes known from Garden Warfare. There is also a cooperation mode for four people. For the latter, the split-screen option is available, but only on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville offers three large PvE regions for free exploration (Neighborville Town Center, Mount Steep, Weirding Forest), where we face enemies led by artificial intelligence. In addition, there are eight smaller maps designed for PvP.
