The Day Before Devs Confident; Make New Promises
The developers of The Day Before are confident that the game will not suffer another delay - even though they still have more than six months of work ahead of them. They have also announced beta tests.
It looks like the release of The Day Before will not be delayed once again. Or at least that's what the developers claim, who on assured on the game's discord server that the game will, as previously planned, be released on November 10, this year and will not a day later.
In addition, it was announced that closer to the debut, beta tests will be conducted for The Day Before. What we don't know is whether they will be open to everyone or only to a select group of people (closed), and on which platforms they would take place. Nevertheless, they would be a good opportunity to see what the game actually looks like. Recall that a few months ago, the moderator of The Day Before server on Discord admitted that he is not convinced that the game actually exists.
Studio Fntastic seems to be putting on a good face (literally?), because despite the removal of its materials from the YouTube channel for legal reasons it is still trying to convince the world that The Day Before exists and is not a hoax. Besides the developers want to bring the game back on Steam, which they also announced in a message on Discord today - the game was pulled from Valve's platform in January (for the same reason).
It goes without saying that setting a release date in stone more than 200 days before the day is a strange move and may raise further doubts. Recall that The Day Before is scheduled for release on November 10 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles and PCs.
Fntastic is a Russian studio. The company was originally founded in Yakutia. Later, the developers moved to Singapore.
