In Techtonica, the goal of the player is to create an automated factory on a foreign planet. Obtaining some of the resources for this task requires several steps, and Plantmatter Fiber is no exception. Find out how to make it below.
How to Find Thresher in Techtonica
To unlock Plant Matter Fiber, the first thing you need to do is to use a Planter. You will also need a Thresher later. This device can be found in a Warehouse. If you have not unlocked it yet, progress the story until you receive a ping leading you to a locked building. Put a crank generator on the power floor next to it to open the door. This is the Warehouse you’re looking for.
By scanning what you find inside, you will unlock the Thresher and Planter in the Tech Tree. To make the materials for Plantmatter Fiber, plant Kindlevine seeds and grow them. Once you have the plants, you’re ready for the next step.
How to Get Plantmatter Fiber in Techtonica
Take the Kindlevines and put them into a Thresher. It will produce Kindlevine Extract and a material that looks like a stick. It might not have an item description. Put the sticks once again into a Thresher to produce Plantmatter Fiber. You don’t need the Extract to craft this resource.
Once you obtain Plant Matter Fiber, you can put it into an Assembler to make Plant Matter Frames.
