StarCraft: Mass Recall Mod Offers SC1 and Brood War Campaign on New Engine

The latest version of StarCraft: Mass Recall mod, which enables us to complete the story campaigns of the original StarCraft and the Brood War expansion using the free edition of the second installment, has been released.

IN A NUTSHELL:

Mass Recall mod for StarCraft 2 recreates the story campaigns of the first installment of the game and its add-on on the engine of the second installment;
The mod is available for free and can be run on the free edition of SC2 - the so-called Starter Edition;
A bonus fan campaign called Enslavers is also available.

A new version (8.0) of the Mass Recall mod for StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty has been released. This project recreates the entire campaign of the original StarCraft and StarCraft: Brood War on the sequel's engine. The mod is available for free on SC2 Mapster, but we need to download both the mod and two additional file packs. To run it we only need the so-called Starter Edition, a free edition of SC2.

Mass Recall covers the entire content of the campaigns from the basic game and add-on, including all the dialogs and 68 maps (59 maps from StarCraft: Brood War, a few that have been hidden/removed and another six from a demo campaign released in 1998). We even have full fledged animated cut-scenes.

Interested players can also download a bonus fan campaign called Enslavers, which is an additional intro to the story of SC2 Wings of Liberty.

It's worth noting that the creators of the mods have changed the difficulty level of the classic scenarios in such a way that they meet the expectations of modern players (the point is, among other things, that Easy level has become even easier). The mod is easy to use - to install it, we only need to run the installer.
