STALKER 2 on New Trailer. Video Tells Us That Pripyat Is 'Not a Paradise'
GSC Games World released a short trailer for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. On it, we can see atmospheric glimpses of Zona and hear Ukrainian dubbing for the first time.
A new trailer for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, titled "Not a Paradise," has just been released online. We can see great-looking reprints from the Chernobyl zone in a short video, where the title will be placed. You can watch the trailer below.
Besides, we won't find much there. Only a short, but atmospheric dialogue conducted between Richter and the main character. Interestingly, this is the first video in which we can hear Ukrainian dubbing.
The reception from fans in the comments is very positive. They notice the excellently executed character animations and stunning footage of the devastated Pripyat. Many people are also happy to have the chance to revisit places they explored as kids in previous games from the series.
It's also important to note the date when the trailer was released, which was most likely not a coincidence, as the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant Disaster occurred on the night of April 25 to 26.
It looks like the GSC Game World studio is slowly starting to heat up the atmosphere before the game's fast-approaching premiere. After many delays, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl will be released on September 5 on PC and Xbox Series X/S consoles. The game will also be available on PC/Xbox Game Pass from the day of the premiere.
