Space Engineers is an iconic game about building spaceships. Thousands of people play it everyday. No wonder that after the announcement that its successor, SE2, will be released shortly, gamers were overjoyed. Now, the title is out, however not in 1.0 version. It launched in early access and we can enjoy an Alpha version of the title. So, don’t expect a lot. The game is far from being ready with Sandbox mode only. So, no wonder that some payers report crashes. However, developers are aware of the issue.

Space Engineers 2 is crashing

The release of Space Engineers 2 was accompanied by a stream, during which we could learn a few interesting details about the game. Some viewers in the chat pointed out that the SE2 tends to crash. The answer was that hotfix, which should fix at least some of the issues, will be released tomorrow. So, if you experience crashes, be patient and wait for the patch. There is hope that your problems will be solved then.

Of course, in the case of “No supported GPU found” issue, you should check out minimal requirements first:

  1. GeForce 1660 Super
  2. Radeon RX 5600 XT
  3. Intel B580 or higher

Let’s remember that the game is in early access. More precisely, developers do not hide that it is an alpha build, so quite unfinished. No wonder that they anticipate a few years of work until the game will be released in 1.0. As of now, the title lacks some key features, multiplayer included, not to mention console ports. So, if you don’t like the idea of taking part in the creation od Space Engineers 2, it’s better to wait some time for more content updates.
