Solid Snake VA David Hayter Involved in MGS Advertising; Konami Suprises
David Hayter appeared in a Konami promotional video. The classic Snake said a few words and enthralled the gamers from the get-go.
Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 enables the fans of the series to recall the stories of Big Boss and Solid Snake, and for those who never had the opportunity to play the classic installments of the series to get acquainted with this fantastic universe. Unfortunately, these are only ports in which too much has not been changed, drawing accusations of laziness on Konami's part. However, the Japanese publisher has not stopped advertising the set. To that end, it has released a short video featuring David Hayter, the voice actor providing his voice to Solid Snake.
Snake has spoken, and gamers can't hide their satisfaction
Konami has released a teaser of Metal Gear Solid Legacy Series, a series advertising the classic installments of the iconic series. The video features footage from the much-loved Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, but that's not what caught the attention of viewers, but David Hayter, who appears in the video and plays Solid Snake in Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4, as well as Big Boss in the aforementioned third part.
Towards the end, we hear the actor's distinctive, snarling voice saying: "I hope you are ready. This is just the beginning". Gamers are not hiding their satisfaction with Konami's decision to hire Hayter to advertise MGS, which they give proof of in the comments under the video.

If Snake, then only with David Hayter
David Hayter is one of the most distinctive voice actors, and his performance as Snake made it possible for players to become so involved with the character. That's why a lot of criticism came in the direction of Hideo Kojima, who, years later, decided to end the cooperation with Hayter and hire Kiefer Sutherland in his place for the fifth installment.
Fortunately, all indications are that David Hayter will return as Naked Snake/Big Boss in Metal Gear Solid: Delta. The game is headed for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. The release date is still unknown.
