As Imran Khan, former senior editor at Game Informer, suggests, Sony will announce a lot of exclusive content for PlayStation next year. However, the details remain unknown.

Yesterday's announcement that Spider-Man will only appear in PlayStation edition of Marvel's Avengers has caused quite a stir among the gaming community. However, this may be just the beginning of controversy. At least that's what Imran Khan, former Senior Editor at Game Informer and now a freelancer linked to Kinda Funny channel on YouTube, thinks. Here's how he ended one of his posts as part of a discussion about Spider-Man's exclusivity on ResetEra:

"If you guys are mad about this, I suggest saving some energy, because the next year will be a marathon of getting upset."

As Khan suggests, the exclusive PlayStation content will not disappear in the near future.

And in response to the question whether Microsoft is planning similar moves, he wrote:

"I do not know exactly what Microsoft is doing

I know Sony is doing this a lot/"

What did the journalist mean by that? He didn't give any details, so unfortunately we don't know.

At present it is difficult to verify whether Khan's words are true. If this is the case, however, it seems that the hopes of those who have seen the release of Horizon: Zero Dawn on PC as the end of the era of exclusivity of Sony's games are empty. Everything should become clear within the next few months.
