A year after leaving Rockstar Games, GTA series co-creator Dan Houser is founding a new company, Absurd Ventures in Games.

- Dan Houser, co-founder of Rockstar Games has opened a new studio - Absurd Ventures in Games.
One of the co-founders of Rockstar Games - Dan Houser - has launched a new company that could be developing video games in the future. As VGC reports, the company was registered in the UK, last week. We're talking about Absurd Ventures in Games, which is presented as a business dedicated to the development of interactive entertainment software.
Dan Houser left the ranks of Rockstar Games in February 2020. He led, along with Leslie Benzes, the Rockstar North team. He was the co-creator of Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption. He has also written scripts for Max Payne 3 and Bully, known also as Canis Canem Edit.
However, the news of a new company doesn't mean that Houser is guaranteed to return to game development. Perhaps he'll focus on consulting for others at first. Until he speaks on the matter, gamers will be left to speculate about his future activities.
