Rockstar patched unstable graphics in GTA 5 Enhanced, but it's still far from perfect
GTA 5 Enhanced players are still waiting for the official list of changes from the new update, but it looks like at least some people have noticed an improvement in graphics.

The new patch for Grand Theft Auto 5 Enhanced could fix issues with unstable performance and graphics stuttering in this "enhanced" version of the popular sandbox title by Rockstar Games. Or at least limit them.
Many posts by users following the March 13th update suggest this. What's interesting, Rockstar doesn't mention it at all; in fact, the latest patch (version 1.70) is listed on the official studio website with the date March 12, without any reference to performance improvements.
However, a glance at the Steam database (via SteamDB) confirms that a new update for the game was released yesterday, at least on PC. Of course, this means that we don't have an official list of changes, and the associated "packages" only allow us to guess what this discreet update might have fixed.
However, as ben / @videotechuk noted on X, an insider specializing in Rockstar Games, after the release of the new version of GTA 5 Enhanced, several reports claimed that the developer had minimized or entirely resolved the issues with image "stuttering," particularly during vehicle driving. On Steam you can find threads started by players who have noticed a significant improvement.
However, it's clearly too early to celebrate. Even if we overlook certain instances where the game performs worse now, for some players, the improvement, while noticeable, is not entirely complete. Frame rate drops still occur on some set ups.
GTA 5 Enhanced is still far from perfect and you don't have to look far to find more posts from irritated players, whether it's about broken water appearance settings or complaints about the missing text chat.
